Homewood Suites by Hilton Madison Huntsville

“Comfortable, Clean, and Convenient – Great Stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stayed at Homewood Suites in Madison, Alabama, and had a truly pleasant experience. The location is fantastic — it's within walking distance to a variety of shops and restaurants, which made exploring the area incredibly easy and enjoyable. Parking was simple and stress-free, which is always a plus. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. My room was spacious and tidy, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. It really felt like a home away from home. A special shout-out to Andrew at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. He was friendly, helpful, and extremely accommodating — excellent customer service that truly stood out. One small note: I recommend getting to breakfast early, as the food had cooled down by the time I arrived later in the morning. That said, the selection was still good, and it’s great that breakfast is included. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. If you're visiting Madison and want a clean, convenient, and welcoming place to stay, I highly recommend Homewood Suites.”

“Wife found (stepped on) two tiny pieces of broke glass and apparently the toilet had some dried urine on it upon arrival.. but, the staff was absolutely fantastic, it is in a great location and the breakfast was good.. aside from the room discrepencies.. overall experience was great. Would definately stay again if given the opportunity.”

“It's hard to complain when among the amenities is a kitchenette with full size refrigerator and cooktop. Really does make it feel like a home away from home. The reason for the 4 stars was due to the fact that one of the stay-ins had a barking dog that would sound off Everytime you passed the door in the hallway. So they're pet friendly!”

“I had to drive in late Monday night from Cincinnati, Ohio for my service dogs surgery. We arrived much later than anticipated because of the drive, Very exhausted and overstimulated. However, Larry was the employee who checked us in and I cannot say enough how much his kindness and warm personality made us feel welcomed right away! It’s so refreshing staying in a hotel with employees that are kind and caring! The room was very clean, The check-in and checkout process was very easy. And again, Larry was truly one of the kindest employees we’ve encountered in all of our travels! We appreciate him For being so nice and personable!”

“One of the most pleasant hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I stayed here for several months during a home insurance claim, and all staff members were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, and the location is excellent. I'm very thankful my insurance set me up at this hotel as I've stayed at hundreds of hotels in the past and would rank this one at the top. After my entire stay, I have no complaints and would highly recommend.”

“Jasmine and Tanner were literally amazing! The other 2 managers were also great but I didnt get their names. Facility is clean, breakfast was great, overall neighborhood a great location. Thanks for making us feel like family everyone! Fire pit and pool were great amenities!”
